Min-y-Don Hall And Park, Old Colwyn - Colwyn Bay Heritage Group Min y Don Hall was situated next to the Park. Formerly Colwyn Farm, this was built in the 1700s and occupied by the Clough family, descendants of Sir Richard

The Hall was a preparatory school from the early 1900s until 1937 when, along with part of the estate, it was sold to a local builder for housing development.

It was demolished in 1938.
