I got bored today & did a short drive to #OMCA, the Oakland Museum of California. My favorite piece there is "Aristotle's Cage", a little tableau set in the desert. I go in, look at it and it activates my imagination to a degree I haven't seen since childhood.

2/2 For another perspective on the #JapaneseAmerican #concentrationcamps The #OaklandMuseum location was where #Oakland’s #JapaneseAmericans were told to report to for evacuation to camps. #DorotheaLange chronicled the camps including these photos from our city, many are part of her #OMCA exhibit.
