It starts here, and Fred Ward has to be doing the stunt driving, because the camera is right in on his face in a mid when the truck hits its mark. That's already crazy and legit-stunt-driving, but it's just the beginning of this one-shot, which I'd argue is 10x more impressive than the one in Goodfellas (which could be reset WAY easier)

So the camera starts to dolly back and up (again reiterating that verticality and emphasizing that top-down perspective), and then Ward and Bacon have a bunch of physical business to do, moving through the actual space, with the camera now 20-25 feet above them. This is all one take.
