This was one of the first examples of an open-air school in Glasgow. Such schools were designed to have good ventilation to help limit the spread of diseases such as tuberculosis.

Part of the Kelbourne Park School on Garrioch Road in the northwest of Glasgow. Built in 1912, it was designed in a mix of Arts and Crafts and Queen Anne styles by Hutton and Taylor.
