#MexicoCanada need their own bilateral agreement involving import of #ChineseEV made in Mexico, converting former auto plants in Ontario to heavier chassis such as a #firetruck, #ambulance, #excavator, #oretruck and #freightrail need, which is #dualuse in case we both have to fight chaos from USA.
