The second loaf came out of the oven with some major 'rifts', the the internal temperature reading said it was done. When I tapped the surface, it made the expected 'thunking sound'.

Today, I baked 2 loaves of oatmeal-whole wheat-molasses bread; I only use this recipe after we have had our first frost and the house is warm and cozy. You have to encourage the yeast for the two rises-it is a very heavy dough.
