I saw the water droplets on our Muhly Grass plant glistening in the morning sun and dashed inside to grab my camera. It's worth noting that the humidify in SE NC is OPPRESSIVE this time of year. As such the front lens element fogged up almost instantly. I had wiped it, but some came back as I was shooting. I actually didn't think there would be anything of value in these images...until I started to edit them. And in B/W, it really pops. So much so that I don't mind the center haze at all.
