Hippocrates Noah expounds
I never noticed the one time I watched this, but Hippocrates Noah (The Sisko) is standing in front of Africa on the world map as he speaks. Africa is frequently centered in this kind of projection, since it sits near the Prime Meridian. Nice touch tho.
