#FND has brought the joy of severe #paresthesia today. If you don’t know what that is imagine having a mobile phone sowed under your skin on vibrate and someone keeps calling you. Worst thing is there is nothing for it so you just have to suffer. It’s one of the worst things for me. FND sucks.

Not sure why we neurologists use the phrase "pins and needles" to describe #paresthesia when "firecrackers that randomly shoot off right when you're trying to go to sleep and that are also cold for some reason" would be much more accurate
