Didn’t know until I read this that #ParkMerced is in such dire shape. This “planned community” of highrise apartments and 2storey townhouse residences is located a hop-skip from the SFH neighborhood where I grew up. It debuted in the late ‘40s, and was a weird kind of Leave It To Beaver throwback….
