A wonderful run at Long Eaton parkrun with Peter this morning. The first time I’ve run a full parkrun/5k for an incredibly long time. I know it doesn’t matter but it’s nice to know I can! Also bumped into the wonderful Sharon while I was there ♥️ #loveparkrun #dfyb #parkrunfriends
