His Stand is named 'King of Pain' and has the ability to transfer damage to something 'compatable' with the damage (i.e. he can't break a wall and apply that damage to a person to break them apart, but he can apply the damage to a rib or an arm) His design is based on Bruno Bucciarati and Hot Pants, both from JJBA. The hat being similar to Hot Pants' was mostly an accident but I ended up rolling with it and calling it inspiration lmao.
