Today for #Science #Trivia #Saturday, I thought I’d share a wee #Bone fact I learned many years ago when I first started studying #Human #Osteology: The #Patella, or kneecap, is the largest #Sesamoid bone (bone that is embedded within a tendon) in the human body.
OMG! I accidentally left out #physicaltherapy from the list of things that have been so helpful in #recovery from the break. I never knew there were so many kinds of #physicaltherapists; I've worked with at least five, and they were great.
