This is a colored sketch of one of my Pokemon gijinka OCs, Totori. She's a Pelipper (it's a pelican, if you've never seen one that's all you need to know) in human form, dressed in colors that evoke the Pokemon's design. Totori is a pale woman with round dark eyes, kind of a big nose, and an earnest smile. Her hair is a white-blond, just a touch lighter than her skintone, but with a sky blue streak going through the middle. Totori comes from a set of characters whose outfits are all loosely based on historical clothing from ancient Japan. It's not very accurate. She's wearing a dark blue dress with a big yellow color block that emphasizes the curve of the bustline. Over that she has a sky blue robe, loosely tied, with long hanging sleeves meant to evoke a bird's wings. Her hair is in a bun that resembles the top of Pelipper's weird head, and decorated with a vaguely geisha-like set of ornaments in yellow and blue. She's fiddling with the hair ornaments with her left hand.
