Got some Penland 10pt. Usually I don't arse around with small sizes like this, but it was a great price and comes with fun ligatures like "Qu" and "ng". But it's *always* fun to distribute tiny type which falls over into chaos if you look at it funny. 🙄

Long ago my mother and I spent a week at #Penland making hot air balloons and kites under the tutelage of Tal Streeter. Monster fruits & vegetables floated over trees & mountains.

Tiny squid table isn’t fully finished but I’m calling it for the night. I carved the legs and played with veneer. It started from a sketched idea on a piece of cardboard. I had so much fun, thanks Penland!
