Expanding my Penrose kite and dart tabletop. This is slower to make in Inkscape than most of my tilings where I just repeat the same shapes. I have a number of distinct tiles and place them randomly so duplicates aren't obvious. Yes, I could script it.

More simulated woodworking. I took photos of floor planks and clipped them in Inkscape with Penrose kite and dart tiles. The kites all use one plank and the darts all used another, aligning grain. I reuse some of the tiles here but they are not all the same.
