As a starter for ten, based upon my experiences… there is a wealth of rhetoric within ‘the system’ about ‘compassionate leadership’ but there is a lack of systemic recognition and understanding of its necessity and the role it plays in leading organisations #peopleprocessproduct #networkedchat
