This was delish. A hummus-based Chipotle-styled concept for pita, wrap and bowl. Mushroom shawarma….and gobs of proudly marked vegan stuffs.

Pad kee mao, or “drunken noodles”with tofu. My go-to I’ve had in dozens of locations, this was a particularly smoky and rich tasting version.
