A dozen peeled hard-boiled eggs in a large jar, with yellow mustard seeds, course ground black pepper, sliced onion, in a 2:1 mixture of cider vinegar and water. There is condensation inside the jar from the hot pickling mixture. The jar sits on a coir heat mat, with a patterned tea towel underneath.
Not much achieving today, but I have at least restocked the pickled eggs so that DW can have her cold lunch while I have my hot noodle soups.
