#hiking through some of the burn effects along the steep shores of #LakeChelan left by the 2024 #PioneerFire near #Stehekin I found the forms that remain fascinating and beautiful. Trails are open but some rough spots where we turned around.

A last-minute hiking plan change in June due to the onset of the Pioneer Fire by Lake Chelan. The fire forced an evacuation of Stehekin, Washington, and was only declared fully contained four months later.
