A few months down the road, a new leaf begins to emerge from the middle of the cutting. A woman’s hand making the thumbs up motion, a silent yet supportive cheer for the plant, can be seen next to the cutting.

Fast forward a few more months to the same lone cutting now sporting some more new growth! Two fresh green healthy looking leaves in total have emerged from the middle.

If you knew, and went through, the emotional roller coaster this peace lily has taken me on over the last 2 years, you too would think this new #growth on the last and ONLY cutting that survived is #stunning 🥲🌱
