A painted emboirdery hoop with a bright yellow background. In the background, there is a cartoonish yellow sun ornage blocky shines around it. The oranges are in two shades one lighter and one darker. In front of this sun is some green leaves/grass and a wooly bear caterpillar. This caterpillar is very fuzzy and has darker sections at the front and back ends. It is a rusty orange brown color in the middle. It is said that the darker spots on it determine how strong winters will be - more dark more harsher the winter. Some are entirely black. But this one has a lot of the middle brown showing. It is a very bright and happy and warm looking painting. Which is contrasted heavily by how I was doing as I painted it. I’ve been having a rough time. And not that I know why. Things have been okay. I just feel like shit!

Do you see the smiley face?

Painted this recently while absolutely sobbing and my fiance walked in and said it looks like a smiley face.
Probably some psychological thing with that. Been in a weird rut all year so far.
