Hate my body and how disabled I can be sometimes.
Did everything right--ate food, some sweets, lots of salt, hydrated a ton, etc.
Five minutes of unloading dishes left me so lightheaded I had to immediately lay down or risk passing out.

So yesterday, this manifested as me nearly passing out when standing up after an hour of cuddle time with my wife.
Today is my first workday without my #POTS medication and it’s SO MUCH WORSE.
I have no strength, am winded, constantly dizzy, and have nearly passed out twice.

having run out of #POTS medication (due to currently having no medical insurance and being unable to see the doctor to get my meds renewed), I gotta say...even one day without my medication is making me realize JUST HOW MASSIVE a difference the meds made.
Because this SUCKS.

And, yes, for any curious; I do have #POTS.
I already drink 6 - 10 liters of fluid daily. And have a salt-rich diet.
But drinking these Gatorades feels like imbibing a health potion; I feel rejuvenated.
I almost feel NORMAL for once in my life, rather than just drained.
