Grooming of professionals can have serious, even fatal, consequences. PBNI staff recently delivered a well received workshop for local justice & social care staff on how #ProfessionalCuriosity can mitigate against being groomed or manipulated.

#safeguarding professionals don't just require #professionalcuriosity when they are listening to victims and trying to support them. They also need it when they are being taught safeguarding theory. Surface understanding doesn't cut deep enough due to complexity.
