Traditional piece of Professor Hazard from the comic "Snipe Hunt!". At first, I was stumped as to what to do for a background, but of course at the last minute, I had an idea come up! Done with a mixture of Faber-Castell and Prismacolor pencils and Sharpie-G ink pen. And PLEASE read "Snipe Hunt".
