That's where the #practice comes in. You run the same report over and over changing language and learning what controls that pig. They're doing #updates all the time. You're #prompting will need to accommodate those updates. It's called #black #box. When you're a #DBA, total survival skill.

Clarifying this a bit, as I feel the contradiction is still there.

I have noticed better results w/ better #prompting, but after several exchanges, they go off course.

A version or 2 back, they'd strongly argue for status quo, but now they go too far into #speculation, which goes badly quickly.

I think “prompt engineering” is a temporary phase.
