I've tried to get my hands on a #PrusaXL for over two months, but failed due to communication and issues with B2B-billing. Cancelled the order. Instead, I ordered a Voron V2.4 r2 350mm kit, which I'll upgrade to multi-toolhead. Soon I can print huge foam parts and #Protogen helmets in one piece.

First time printing ASA on my #PrusaXL and:
- it doesn't automatically use the entire bed to heat the chamber.
- it refuses to turn on the enclosure fan even a tiny amount (not even manual override!) to prevent fumes leaking out and smelling up my office (VOC sensor hovering around "unhealthy").

FINALLY got a (mostly) successful print. The #PrusaXL is my first multi-material printer, and there are lots of nuances that you have to recognize when working with a printer like this. I'm getting there, slowly but surely.
VICTORY! Not only is my #PrusaXL no longer a 3D printing virgin, this was my first attempt at PETG for supports and PLA for the model. The supports came off effortlessly and cleanly! I'm definitely a believer! #WarframeFanArt #Warframe
So far, so good on her maiden voyage. It's going to take me awhile to get used to the clunking noise of this printer changing nozzle assemblies, though. Every time I hear that, my first instinct is "Oh, shit, what the hell was that?" 😆 #PrusaXL

My wife and I started putting her @prusa3d.com #PrusaXL together tonight. One of the first steps uses an ingenious torque tool, but we were struggling a lot. Hers became useless after 3 screws while mine looks basically new after 1.5 printers worth of screws. My OG part is Wera; new one is generic.
