So much gorgeous fungi @rspb.bsky.social #pulboroughbrooks
The heathland trail has labels for many of them so I’ve learnt some of their wonderful names!
These are: Tawny Grisette, Amethyst Deceiver, Turkeytail and The Sickener or Beechwood Sickener.

Amazing day at @rspb.bsky.social #PulboroughBrooks adder spotting with guides.
Never seen an adder before so it was a privilege to see several, both female and male and learn more about them. They are thriving at this particular nature reserve.

A flock of Canada geese, a late Red Admiral, spindle berries and exciting to see a Peregrine Falcon perched in a tree (camera lens just about powerful enough to identify it).
