Made a delicious scramble with this exotic vegan dish made with Romanesco broccoli, also known as Roman cauliflower or broccoflower, zucchini, and pumpkin seed chorizo crumble sans the meat! We couldn’t tell the difference between real chorizo or #pumfu delicious!
