Queens Public Library book drop. The text says "Return Items Here. Always Open.". Half of the letters have worn off, so in reality it says "R iurn Itn, Herc. Alwaj O." Below that, it says "Out of order" with an anthropomorphic book with a frowny face and outstretched arms.
