Harvest Quilt Show. Admission: $10. Blessed Sacrament School, 605 Central Avenue, Albany, NY. The Capital District Modern Quilt Guild and Quilters United in Learning Together of Delmar have teamed up to put on a brand-new quilt show! We will have a special exhibit of Timna Tarr’s Flying Colors Quilts, traditional and modern member quilts, raffle quilts and baskets, guild banner challenge quilts, guild gift boutique tables, a vendor hall and cafe. On Saturday November 8, we will be holding a pillowcase workshop for Ryan's Case for Smiles. Sunday will feature and gallery walk and talk and lecture by Timna Tarr. Our Harvest Cafe will be offering breakfast and lunch each day.

My guild members will be exchanging these 28 log cabin themed blocks with quilters from Meylan France (our sister city) when we host them at the end of March. We’ve arranged to house them at a quilt retreat house. #meylan #quiltguild
