Up early to get in a comfortable 13km again this morning. But feel surprisingly fatigued (日本語 was a struggle) for some reason. Have a good solid base for the upcoming #SunsetSeries2026 and #R4K events coming up, so happy about that. #running

Checked out the elevation chart for #R4K last Sunday. Not sure about that brief spike downwards, but yes, 1.5km of the course is a road tunnel under the Yarra river. #running

Catching up with son v1.0 (who also ran #R4K) for lunch shortly. Have bunches of fresh basil, parsley as well as butter beans to give them. It's nice to have fresh stuff from the garden to share.
