Evening fishing still brings up a nice salmon with a royal wulff on the surface. ‘May have to start finding cooler waters soon: deeper, higher, spring holes, or bottom release dams.

Second stop on my hike on the Appalachian Trail was Eddy Pond! I ate a late lunch on this beautiful, half-frozen lake.
Apparently a beaver had had lunch there, too! Unfortunately, I didn't see the animal itself.
