In conclusion, the benefits of the @Europarl_EN proposal are all found in the #Rankedapportionment method and all its unavoidable flaws are remedied to. It is easy to explain and easy to implement, and ready for adoption for the next EU elections. #EP2024 9/12
The outcome is as expected: the #Rankedapportionment method is stable when tweaked, Member States have a fair chance and are represented in line with their population sizes, and parties/lists' preferences for the election of their candidates are respected. 8/12
