A red rainbow is a rare phenomenon. It's basically a #rainbow at sunrise or #sunset, where only the red light remains visible. This photo was taken on the very day where nearby Luxemburg was hit by a tornado.

A stunning red rainbow at sunset! It’s a rare monochrome variation that can happen when the sun is low on the horizon. The bands of light appear straight here because the arcs were so large, but hopefully this gives some sense of its sweep.
