Deep Listening Day #86 — Labi Siffre: Remember My Song (1975). obviously Dre and Eminem led me to this one. I kinda feel The Vulture is the real discovery here - a sweet funky groove. either tune makes this a worthy purchase.

I was introduced to Labi Siffre's music via Madness' cover of his brilliant song, "It Must Be Love." Later, Eminem sampled the first track on this outstanding album in "My Name Is" on "The Slim Shady LP."
Siffre's "Remember My Song" is simply a must-own record.
