The box cover for the game Basic Math, which I thought was not great. It is VERY 70's in appearance with a blue background and yellow font above the main image. At the very bottom in white tiny font is "A Warner Communications Company" and the Warner logo. The bird has 4x44 on it, the butterfly has the basic operations and the net has 8+6=14. In between them in a bronze bordered square are the four basic operations again and below that there is a three headed dragon, a frog with many fingers, and a seated child with long hair and green pajamas with a ten-fingered hand. Below that, are two very toothy whales maybe vomiting the ocean or drinking it and the ocean has three Koi-like fish and the problem 92-50=42. The Atari logo is in the bottom left and CX 2661 in the bottom right. The game has pretty much none of this image in it other than the math.

It is a classic Star Wars image with the left side being a dark side image in reddish brown of the battle of Geonosis and the right side being a light side image in bluish white of the battle of Hoth. In the middle is a triangle of lego versions of Star Wars characters just like in the move posters. In this case, Rey is leading the bottom row with a yellow lightsaber flanked by Finn and BB-8 on the left and Chewbacca and Kylo Ren on the right. Above Luke is an even larger Darth Vader doing the force choke pose and holding his red lightsaber at his side. The title of the game is in white, very bold and large sans serif font in the middle of the image, however it has been somewhat distressed and the bottom of it has had images cut out, like a road sign for the middle of the D and a person with a large backpack for the middle of the A. This image would make the graphics of the game seem very nice but in fact they are terrible for a modern game like this. I did not like it and I will hold a grudge.

A promo graphic (kind of, I guess) for the game Undertale, which I thought was fine. It is a nearly all black graphic with the title of the game in the middle. The font is a chunky and bold sans serif in white with very pixelated anti-aliasing around the edges. The R has a little heart in it made of 6 red pixels, basically a 2x3 rectangle of pixels with the middle column shifted down one pixel. There's a little TM on the top right corner in a smaller pixelated font. That's it!

The interactive map for #Wizardry 8's Northern Wilderness Secret Retro Dungeon has finished! It actually was done a couple days ago already, but I got really sick so delayed publishing it. The Umpani Base Camp is already being worked on next. #retroVgames 🎮🕹️🖥️👾

The box cover for the game F-Zero: Maximum Velocity, which I worked on as a tester and thought was fine. The image is a classic Game Boy Advance cover with the silver banner with the curved edge on the left site and the Game Boy Advance logo in it. The top left corner has a purple triangle with "Only for" in it. The main image is of several futuristic racers zooming towards the viewer, a purple one with giant turbines on the side leads the way, to the viewer's left an aqua green one with sort of a 50's mini car vibe, to the viewer's right an orange and yellow one with a rounded nose, in the background a somewhat squared off grey/green one, a yellow one that kind of looks like the batmobile (Tim Burton one), and way in the back near a big lens flare is a light grey one that is somewhat saucer-like. All of them have giant fins and closed cockpits. The game title is at the top and the F-Zero part is a very bold sans serif font with fiery outline and transparent inner part overlaid on an image of the earth from space, maybe? Below that, the "maximum velocity" part is in a glowing spacey purple font with the middle lines of the m and y sticking out of the top of the m and the into the bottom of the top part of the y. The ESRB rating and nintendo logo are in the bottom right corner and in the bottom left of the main image it reads: "Link It Up! 1 Game Pak 4 Players. See back panel for details." I never got to test the multiplayer part.

A promo image for the game Sable, which I thought was fine. The image is a lightly shaded desertscape with a blue/white gradient sky and a somewhat cartoony drawing style. The clouds are sparse and just little blobs of white. The ground is a pale orangey-brown with little rounded shapes and a couple tiny rocks. A humanoid figure walks along this desert and is wearing a sort of rugged harem pant, a couple of leather-like belts and a red. hooded poncho, open at the side. Every bit of their skin is covered with fabric or leather and their face is hidden behind a skull-like mask with tall horns. A hovering "speeder bike" floats behind them. It is a simple shape made of basic cylinders and a pair of nondescript wings angled downwards. The bike is colored similarly to the desert floor. At the top is the game title in a bold all caps sans serif font with two small squares at either end like a period but horizontally centered. Below the title is a design that is made of several stacked bold lines with kinks in them to create the illusion of a pyramid.
