The left dude is in sort of a metal singer pose holding some kind of bracelet maybe and sporting a mustachioed Anthony Kiedis with long hair look. Chainsaw guy has the unkempt hair and creepy human skin mask and, surprise, is holding a chainsaw pointed up and to the right. The title of the game is in white in the middle of the three dudes in an all caps sans serif font (with a space in chainsaw to make it chain saw) and below that a tagline of "A game based on true events" in a light serif font and the Gun games logo.
