Siouxsie 'n #powerCleans here on the first pull day of the modified PPL. Lots of #rows coming up, but first #highPulls and a circumstantial second session of #barbellCurl, and after rows I cap it off with the more forearm-centric work of #reverseCurls as well as finger and #wristCurls.
Ha, got the 8 for a PR and then was really feeling it and managed another PR of 9 for the second set. I would probably attribute this to the recent inclusion of #reverseCurls on rings, given that my particular grip on the #barbellCurl makes in a bit of a hammer curl.
Why is no one doing #reverseCurls on rings? I only just thought to try it, myself, and find it infinitely better on rings than with a bar, though they're not easy, which probably somewhat explains it (I imagine some would have almost as hard a time with these as pelican curls). #ringTraining
