Decided to add weight to these wide #ringPullUps and managed BW+10x2x8 without too much trouble, though I'm still in the deficit (getting as low as 171 and hardly ever exceeding 175). Thinking I'll start pumping the brakes just under 170.

Two sets of 13 on these wide #ringPullUps. Been liking how these are very nearly behind-the-neck and seem as though to impart most, if not practically all the benefits of that variation.
Second set, 12 reps after the first of 14 (filmed from a shittier angle, so not shown). These wide #ringPullups (L-sit) were only 10" wider than my usual; the difficulty, though, was on par with an added 25lb on my usual grip, so that's actually quite promising.
I had been contemplating a way to do wide #ringPullups for a while and realized while watching this that I should be able to do them in my basement (as opposed to the stairwell where I normally do pullups, which is too narrow for this) despite the low ceiling so long as I perform them in an L-sit.
Apparently, by "tantrum" I meant putting two reps on my #BTNpress after matching my best on seated press and then proceeding to bust out 15, 16, and then 18 #ringPullUps in an L-sit. Still gotta do my decline ring pushups and weighted isolations on rings (flys and curls).
