After the State Government stopped the last lot by a technicality and questionable claims. The new protected action ballot returned a “Yes” response of over 90%.

NSW Government has been a massive disappointment in EA negotiations with the Combined Rail Unions.
They wanted cost savings to justify a wage increase. Cost savings were provided yet they still say no.
