The best thing about the #RunShow is being in a positive, life affirming environment, away from the toxicity dominating the news headlines.
Genuinely would recommend the show to anyone, irrespective of whether you're a runner or not.
(I'll be back there tomorrow, of course)
I don't think that there are many British sports stars, post retirement, that would attract the crowd that Sir Mo Farah did today at the #RunShow.
Incredible to see the show go from strength to strength, and to see the admiration that Sir Mo gets. A class act in every way possible.
