Hence the word "head" being used to refer to sailor's toilets. These would have been the toilets used by the non-officers. Officers generally had their own bathroom(s) within the section of their quarters aft (where the stern or quarter gallery is) or had bed pans"

Photo of the Pride of Baltimore taken in 1981. It's a two-masted topsail schooner, meaning it's main sails go along the length of the ship, rather than perpendicular to it but unlike a regular schooner, a topsail schooner also has perpendicular square sails at the top of its foremast. In case of Pride of Baltimore, it has three triangular sails connected to the bowsprit (the long pole at the front of the ship). Then a trapezoid-shaped sail attached to each mast, two square sails at the top of the foremast and a triangular sail at the top of the mainmast. The vessel itself is brown with a white stripe along the top of the hull.
I've been seeing a log of photos of Pride of Baltimore on bluesky and it's a really pretty ship so I went to Wikipedia to read about it! Apparently, the one in commission today is the second ship by that name! The first one was in 1977 but was lost at sea in 1986 :(
