Yesterday's run at Sale Water parkrun, it's a crowded start but quickly spreads out, a nice out and back along the river Mersey, nice little cafe near the finish for a post run coffee

#Salewaterparkrun was cancelled because of ice. Unfortunately the recall email was sent out after I left home to be a Marshal.
