My 83 yo dad was all prepped for a rare liver cancer procedure today, but he fell yesterday, has a fractured hip, & is now waiting for orthopedic surgery.
I’m very grateful to everyone at Foothills Hospital for how supportive they are in incredibly under resourced circumstances.

My dad wanted to know how to see a person’s phone number on his phone. He wanted to write it down, so he could send a text to this person. 🤦♀️🤷♀️
I was able to get him to put the pen & paper down, send the text, and update his contacts. 🎊👏🏼🥳

I’m exhausted. #GenX here, #sandwichgen, too Still have college kids AND My 80+ y.o. in-laws live w/us. They only have #SS income. We supplement & support That’s what family does. If Leon strips #SS & #medicare, we left w/all expenses. Then what? Hubs & my 401K $ will = zero
