I try to allow for as much independance as possible but the number of broken dishes are adding up.

So in conclusion:

• COUNT THE PILLS when you get them.

• WRITE DOWN THE DATE, THE MEDICATION, THE DOSE, AND THE TIME. EVERY TIME.

This makes things easier to track if you miss a dose or not. It's not fool proof, but it helps. #sandwichgenstruggles #eldercare #medicationanagement #caregiving
