I finished my Scripps at 100 sampler. The red roses & quote by our founder. Anyone who enters the campus at Honnold Gate sees this quote. I am happy I was able to replicate the font accurately. This sampler highlights my favorite parts of campus. Congrats on 100 years Scripps!

Scripps College campus has orange trees scattered throughout the campus. I loved the smell of the orange blossoms.

Some small progress on my Scripps at 100 Years Sampler, which took a detour this week. My husband came up with the idea to add a border with names of parts of campus. I did a mock up, and it of course looked fabulous, so now all the gridding I did is off.

Never gridded my aida before, but I designed a pattern with lots of space between sections & this seemed the best way to stitch it. This is the 1st pattern this year in honor of Scripps College’s 100th anniversary. The aida is even close to Scripps green.
