This where a tsunami hit the Big Island on April 1, 1946.
It was interesting to learn that a tsunami comes in waves with there being anywhere between a few minutes to an hour between waves.

Finished Christmas present yesterday visiting the famous Glass Beach and Sea Glass Museum in Fort Bragg, CA. I thought it was illegal to take glass but the museum caretaker patiently explained it’s not and why that rumor exists. There is still small pieces and not like it once was. #seaglassing
