Spiritella aywula lives, obviously, in the Aywu desert. The larva is a skilled burrowing predator like an antlion, which eats other insects and metamorphoses underground when ready. The adult waits for the wind to fly away and become an aeroplanktonic omnivore.

The grass wurm is a #wyrm of the Aywu region, which specialised in eating #plants. Specifically, the plants which concentrate all their liquids in the fruit, which produces a toxin to protect the water.
