First album I ever bought, 50 years ago! It was destroyed in the flooding of a storage unit in February, along with 500+ other vinyl & CD albums, & 600 books. Whilst the album was replaceable, "the" album, with all it meant, was not - a nuance totally lost on #SevernTrentWater & their insurer

Really cheesed off. Just got my water bill from @stwater and, although my water usage has reduced 28% since the last bill, the amount they are charging has gone up by almost 14%.
I haven’t noticed any improvement in their service over that period.
